Any
product showing a quality problem can be returned for refund or
exchange; to do so, you must contact the customer service within 14 days
after the reception of the good (s). In such case, Pilote & Filles
will be responsible for all shipping expenses.
Products
without any quality problem can be returned for refund or exchange*; to
do so, you must contact the customer service by submitting a ticket within
14 days after the reception of the good (s). For other reason, (want to change the color or model), you will be responsible for all shipping expenses.
Used
items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned as brand
new, in their original packaging, along with all related hang-tags and
documentation.

a claim due to a defect is received by our customer service within the
validity period of the warranty, we can offer a repair service, an
